Yes! Any property marked with a 'Verified' badge has been thoroughly inspected. We check the amenities, living conditions, and ensure the photos match reality so you face no surprises when you move in.

Is there any brokerage fee?

No, PG Adda strictly operates with 0% brokerage. You only pay the actual token amount or rent to book your space. There are no hidden fees or surprise commissions.

How do I contact the property owner?

Once your booking or visit is scheduled, you will receive the owner's direct contact details. Alternatively, you can use the 'Contact Host' button on the listing page to chat with them directly.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds for the initial token deposit depend entirely on the specific property's cancellation terms. If you don't move in without providing adequate notice to the host, the token may be forfeited. Please check with the owner before payment.

Can I schedule a physical visit before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage visitors to schedule a site visit using the platform before committing to a long-term contract.
