1. Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to PG Adda. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or spam.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or demonstrate inappropriate behavior.

2. Booking Responsibility & Disclaimer

PG Adda acts as a discovery and booking facilitation platform connecting accommodation seekers with PG owners.

• While we verify properties, the final rental agreement is between you and the property owner.
• PG Adda is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising during your stay. We strongly advise inspecting the property before making long-term commitments.
• House rules mentioned on the listing are enforced by the property manager.

3. Payment Terms

To secure a booking via our platform, some listings may require a booking deposit or upfront token amount.

• All online platform payments are processed securely.
• Zero Brokerage: PG Adda does not charge you any brokerage fees. Any rent or deposit payments made directly to the owner are outside our purview.
• Monthly rent, electricity bills, and security deposits must be paid directly to the owner as per your mutual agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds for booking tokens are subject to the specific property's cancellation policy. Token amounts are generally non-refundable if you fail to move in without prior adequate notice, but this must be negotiated directly with the host.
